This announcement just got usurped by "leaked" Avatar plans. Disney wins.

Yep, the collective "meh" over the Pandora plans was deafening.

No. Please no. Everything I read about the one in USH sucks. Now, if they wanted to do a haunted hotel ride using the classic monsters, let's do it!Maybe a permanent house of horrors in Shrek..... That'd be pretty decent....
I do not entirely understand this sentiment. What would stop a new version of the attraction from being better? No. Please no. Everything I read about the one in USH sucks. Now, if they wanted to do a haunted hotel ride using the classic monsters, let's do it!

What JT said...Lack of motivation to keep it properly staffed. Staffing a HHN house for a month is one thing. For a year-round attraction, they'd fall back on stupid automated gags like Hollywood does.

Trust me we don't want it here in Orlando.
I don't think we'd ever see it here. It's just not popular enough.
Oh we won't, I was saying since I know many here haven't done it and like to think a year round haunt would be cool. The concept is cool for the first visit or two but then it quickly loses its appeal. I on the other hand have had the pleasure of finding the exit for this attraction during regular hours and for several HHN layovers. No matter what, it's terrible.
That's really exciting! That ride needs some upgrades. It's one of my favorites...think it's really well done, even if it isn't the most popular attraction in the park by any means. I think it has better staying power than Shrek too so if I had to choose, Shrek definitely gets the axe.IYup. Keeping things fresh. God bless Comcast.
Is there any chance that they just move Shrek 4D to the new Kidzone area?
Universal. You better get that right because they're making quite the name for themselves!Jimmy Thick-Uniwhat?
I've wondered that too...or maybe a new Shrek related attraction?
The characters are still popular.
if i had my way i'd have it using King Kong 360 3D technology 2.0 because there's already spiderman but either way it sounds goodWill Transformers be an exact clone, or maybe better HD, effects, ect. I doubt anyone knows for sure quite yet, but does anyone?
