Universal November 1st Major Announcement

Curious if it will be open for July when we get there and if it will be part of Express?

I would imagine there will be, but it will be based on how Universal wants their crowd flow to be on Transformers. There won't be capacity issues like on Rockit, but if it's as popular as Forbidden Journey, then I could see them not using the express pass when it opens.

Also, I'm not an insider, so it's just a guess.

Seems kind of odd. I understand it's a capacity issue, but they want to entice guests to stay at one of the on-site resorts. All the more reason to use Express on more popular attractions.

I agree, we are staying at WDW next Sept and had no intention of visiting Uni this time (money issues) BUT now Transformers will be there we want to do a day trip there, if this has Express pass we will also stay the night at one of their resorts otherwise we won't!

VERY cool way to do an announcement! Can't remember something like this being done before. I was sad with the lack of Springfield, but I'm sure we'll hear about that soon enough. This is great.

Really, is this being debated?

This country is getting dumber by the day ... next thing we'll be saying global warming ... oops, Frank Luntz got everyone including W to call it 'climate change' ... is all BS too. I'm sure all those folks in the NE who keep getting once in 100 years or 500 year storm events annually believe that.
Actually, I think Climate Change is just an appropriate name as Global Warming. The difference being, when the term is Climate Change, you don't get the condescending morons that call B.S. when it's 40 degrees outside. Climate Change generally describes the larger spikes we're seeing in high's and low's as well as the more crushing storms. Whereas Global Warming speaks more to the average temperature increasing.
