It would be nice if the background music at TH was from WDW’s long lost Adventureland Veranda. But I bet I’ll be pleased with whatever they pick.

Will be in the parks tomorrow. Will definitely make a special trip to see it up close. I know it won't be open but it looks like all the walls are down at least. It's nice AL is finally getting something new and a nice area for people to eat even if its quick service.

The was were up on Thursday when I was there. I wouldn't plan on being able to see anything meaningful.

According to someone that talked to a CM at the training, official opening is Wednesday. Consider a rumor at this point.

I'll take it! I'll be at the park on Friday, so I'm really hoping it will be open since it may be a while before I can get back down there again.

I’ll be in the park Wednesday and Thursday so will try to get some impressions. (Attempting the “every attraction challenge” on Wed though so will probably have to wait...)

Actually I wouldn't be too surprised if the mobile ordering would be part of this restaurant. They seem to be expanding that service more and more and that might be incorporated on day one to cut down some of the lines. I know the initial roll out had problems but like every thing in life they figure it out. The old location seemed to small to handle that.

Edit: Never mind, it looks like the current area also has mobile ordering now so this it will definitely be part of the new place.

I have never had a dole whip are they really worth all the hype I have read about or is it just AP's blowing it out of proportion?

Crazy enough I had my very first one just this past summer, Like you I didn't see what the big deal was but after trying it I understood lol. They are REALLY good actually. I've had four since. I don't think they are for everyone but its definitely a great treat on a nice day and its pretty filling. I would at least suggest to try it next time you're there.
