We locked in the sale of our home yesterday, and locked in the purchase of our new (to us) home about an hour ago, that’s within walking distance of Megan, Daniel, Emmy and Audrey’s home, with a community park and pool in between, that we can meet up at…!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you so much…!!!

Property values here kept going up, up, up and crazy during Covid. There were bidding wars for homes everywhere here. We knew things would calm down again eventually, and patiently waited.
We (our agent) offered 13K below asking price, and they didn’t counter.
Our advantage was also cash from the equity in our present home.
We’re so excited to be so close to Megan, Daniel, Emmy and Audrey, and this new phase in our lives…!!!!!
