Congratulations @donaldtoo and @Loco_driver happy anniversary!! Thanks to both of you for sharing the trip photos, really enjoyed them! I'm headed to the World next Thursday for a 5 day (almost) solo trip. Can't wait to feel those magical Disney Christmas vibes!!

But, actually, it wasn’t much of a trip, as my folks live less than a mile from us in the same neighborhood…!!!!!
That is until we move into the new house later this month, that’s still only 15 mins. away from them…!!!
Hope you have an awesome time at WDW with all the Christmas fun…!!!
As for us, we’re having Saturday morning donuts at the in-laws B&B here in Galveston, before we head to the cruise port later for a week-long (non-Disney) cruise…Emmy wiped her face before I got the pic, but, Audrey was proud of her face…!!!!!!!

I totally understand why your wife has her hair up mostly at WDW but I just wanted to add that I think it looks so cute when down.

I also agree! She just hates how much work it takes, so usually she only wears it down for special occasions.

The Carnival Dream.
Just now docking at Key West.
We rented a large golf cart, and are just gonna’ kinda’ go freewheeelin’ around the island for a bit today…!!!

In Key West, we first went to see the southernmost point in the continental USA, then to see lots and lots of butterfly’s (which Emmy and Audrey REALLY enjoyed), the Hemingway House, and some shopping…!!!
By then, it was time to turn in our silly-cool transportation and head back to the boat…!!!

The Keys are gorgeous, and happy to see that the family could enjoy a vacation there. I like that you all posed in front of the famous marker!
(Never made it that far into the Keys, but I have been to Islamorada and Key Largo.)

little life update.
I don’t think I ever mentioned it, but back in July we lost our sweet boy Ranger. He was with us for 13 happy years.
Last week we’d finally decided we were ready for another big dog for our lab, Belle, to play with. Just a few days later the local shelter posted on social media that this dog’s owner was moving and was going to have to find him a new home.
We picked him up yesterday and we are all getting along so great!
His previous owners named him Ice, because he has one blue eye, but we aren’t crazy about the name and he doesn’t seem to respond to it anyways. We haven’t decided on a new name yet.

Very sorry to hear that Ranger passed away. But for Ice (waiting for his new name) to show up at this time, was just what you two needed to cheer you up. A new dog is always a happy occasion. He will be different from Ranger, but will be a great dog, in his own right.
