Transformative Multi-Year Expansion Announced for WDS Paris

I think McDonald's is being moved to a bigger unit?
There's ample space around the lake to add interesting things + shops to entice people further in. Oddly the lake plans keep getting cancelled on cost, where a simple fountain show like the old Epcot entrance fountain, would massively improve the lake.

I feel like something on the scale of the Electrical Water Pageant on the Seven Seas Lagoon would be a nice little plussing to the lagoon for hotel guests in the evening. That could just be a small fountain show set to music.

Sorry to harp on about this, but was just looking on Google and it struck me that even looking toward the Village from the lake that if you took out that Rainforest Cafe building it would open up the place so much more toward the lake. It just seems strategically placed to act as a barrier:

As I think I understood it following the outside ears piece: https://outsidears.fr/2021/04/les-concept-arts-du-disney-village-reveles/

- Buffalo Bills show area was being removed (in progress). McDonald's would essentially take over the steakhouse.
- HardRock would take over the Hurricanes site
- The balloon was moving? The water under it was being reclaimed, so the lake was a rectangle.
- The white tent event centre was being removed.
- The bigger grey one was being retained?

Paris is taking way too long lol, I mean it will be nice when its done but damn, itll be 2 more years for a 1 ride land
It’ll be less than 2 years.

I’ll give them a pass (just) since they’re building a lake. First time they’ve added such a thing to an operating park. But I agree about the lack of attraction at the end of the walk (unless it’s night time)

Quite a bit of lens distortion. Not saying it’s not a walk but it’s not as bad as that photo looks.
Its such an oddly placed project, sometimes I look at it and it seems way smaller than I am expecting and then in other photos like this one and top-down views it looks ridiculously far away from the rest of the park. I feel so confused by it!
