Can you put together a poll to see what our expectations are for completion? Start with summer 2017, then each season through 2019?We are seeing progress in the form of demolition, it's just not very fast progress.

They used NFL to discuss their efficiencies? Lol.
I was looking at one of those videos and it actually showed the opposite of what he was looking for, it show everything pre-designed in the computer so they could find issues before constructions starts.
I'd bet it be closer to Summer 2018 than lat 2017.TSL? It could be. It should be.
I'd bet start of summer 2018 at the very latest.
Or, at least, more than just those two things to look forward to after Avatar until 2021. Makes the wait for Star Wars seem that much longer unless you go to Disneyland to see it.How it should be:
TSL - Late 2017
SWL - Late 2019/Early 2020
How it will actually be:
TSL - Summer 2018
SWL - Summer 2021
There is really nothing in Revit that is good at understanding roller coasters.I love how they showed the use of that computer program, then had to fix 7dmt towards the end of construction (emargency walkway on a turn I believe) because it wasn't right...
Tons of construction workers at HS tonight. I've been seeing them walk around all night

Ahhh makes more sense, thank you!Not quite. That's firework personnel getting ready to clear the area because it's about to be a fallout zone. Happens every night there are fireworks.
Wait. You're telling me the construction workers for Toy Story Land don't wear the Toy Story Midway Mania costume everyday? Not quite. That's firework personnel getting ready to clear the area because it's about to be a fallout zone. Happens every night there are fireworks.
Backstage DHS last week showed actually a lot of work. Look between Toy Story and Jack Sparrow, you'll notice buildings gone that were once there a week ago.You have to laugh at the pace of construction. Utterly ridiculous.
Shameful.
As well as a ton of work going on outside the park boundaries, retention pond construction across world drive, construction access road being built etc.Backstage DHS last week showed actually a lot of work. Look between Toy Story and Jack Sparrow, you'll notice buildings gone that were once there a week ago.
Or maybe we just don't expect an attraction to close over a year before they actually start work on its replacement. That is the problem with setting expectations when one doesn't have a clue what is involved with any construction situation, much less a Theme Park. Over all there have been very few of them built, still, people seem to think it is just randomly marking out a spot and building an empty building there then hiring a moving van to haul all the interior and putting it in wherever it fits and, like Disney Magic, poof there, it is all done.
Was just going to post that, it's impressive actually how much space has been cleared. The office buildings once there are no more.Backstage DHS last week showed actually a lot of work. Look between Toy Story and Jack Sparrow, you'll notice buildings gone that were once there a week ago.
