Depending on the item bids started around $50 or so. I can imagine they are much higher by now though.

You can definitely see that from the TTA (or is it TTAP now?); its on the segment just before you go into Space Mountain.

Suitcases, lamp posts, Goofy's flippers, gloves and other props from around the area and a few from the water parks as well. They are part of a regular silent auction listed on a board and people can bid for the items. But as stated by someone else, they are a bit beat up:
I think this stuff was on the old Disney characters on holiday bus that was at epcot...

I don't think anyone can. You only get peaks from TTA and the railroad. Even if you take the over the wall pictures from where TTF got closed off, the actual Toon Town is so far back you probably could only see the TTF sign.
