I think it helps keep things in perspective when you know you’re talking to a teenager. I think most of us assume we are talking to other adults here most of the time.
I think it helps to know the perspective even with adults. A 60-year-old on here complaining about Star Wars Land is a very different perspective than a 25-year-old complaining about Star Wars Land.

No I think it’s more an issue when you have face characters/ actors. Highly recognizable/ famous actors at that. Not sure that ages well. Rod Serling/ Twlight Zone was already classic. The fact that it’s in Black n White adds to its classic appeal and the theme holds a special place in Americana.
Trying to think of rides that use face characters/actors in roles famous from other things:

  • Pirates
  • Cosmic rewind
  • Star tours?
  • Rise of the Resistance
  • Tower of Terror
  • Rock n Rollercoaster

Yeah so we’ll see how those age. Good news it’s mostly Pre show stuff unlike Mission Breakout. Star Tours face characters are just part of the transmissions and those can be swapped out easily. Pre show to Rock n Roller Coaster looks pretty cheesy. TOT I think is an exception for reasons mentioned in one of my last posts. Not to mention the stellar execution.

No
Posters have gotten way off topic again (but at least are not arguing) so it's time to get back on topic. Which pretty much amounts to "When are they going to open?" at this point.
I predict it will not open until @TheCoasterNerd is no longer a teenager and Guardians of the Galaxy is no longer popular. See, it's all on topic!

If they don’t want put in Facilier why not these guys hunting us after Mama Odie turns us into frogs? Nice homage to the source material and breaks up what sounds like a long scavenger hunt for musical critters. Alligators would work too.

So…..

Opening Date(s).

We already know the media dates in early June.
Let’s hear some guesses as to when YOU think this Attraction will offically open to the public!

My guess is the last week in June, let’s say June 24.
I am assuming the Park hopes to have it open in time for the July 4th crunch, but then again, perhaps they will hold back.

Okay, my second guess is second week in July.
Let’s say… July 10th.

My guess was Memorial Day weekend. But that's not going to happen.

My new guess is a few days after the media event but before the weekend.
