Critter Country was specifically named after the Uncle Remus quote "where critters are closer to the folks and folks are closer to the critters" so this change is in line with the desire to scrub all SOTS references from the parks.

I know, I'm being funny. But really New Orleans food is a mix of a lot of regions not just Louisiana/Creole. So to me having BBQ as part of a Bayou/New Orleans theme land makes sense to me.
