We had a local place advertising unlimited toppings recently online and we went online and checked every topping they had, up to about four down from the bottom of the list, when it would not let me add any more toppings. Seems it was just mostly unlimited I guess.

Last night she used up her Sweet Soy Sauce. Tonight we will be up in Edison where there are multiple Asian groceries. She can buy more there. I found a photo on the internet.....

It was southern cooking Saturday at our house today. I smoked a pork loin (similar to the tenderloin I cooked the other day, but a different texture) while my wife made the southern sides including fresh cucumber, fried zucchini, fried okra, green beans and cornbread. She also roasted some grape tomatoes drizzled in olive oil and sprinkled with crushed red peppers, garlic powder and onion powder that we used to top the thinly sliced pork loin. Good stuff. Dinner tonight will be leftover lunch sliced pork sandwiches topped with pickles and creamy mayo coleslaw and probably some baked beans and tater tots. I'm still stuffed from lunch but already looking forward to dinner.
