So I was on my own for lunch today. What to do? Opened up the cabinet and saw some canned corned beef (yeah, I know) so decided on reuben sandwiches. Dang, no bread. So what to do now that I have already opened the can? OK, deconstructed reuben. Corned beef, onions, tomatoes topped with 1000 island. Served it with some crackers.
It was edible, but let's just say I won't be going out of the way to do this again.
