When I was single I disliked anything even mild spicy. Now i can take mild to almost moderate. What my wife chose is a 10 on a 1 to 10 scale. VERY hot!

That reminds me of a peer of mine . Even before he tastes the food he needs some more taste so he takes out a salsa rojo bottle and sprinkles on the dish. Another peer puts salt and pepper on his dish even before tasting the food.
