That reminds me of a peer of mine . Even before he tastes the food he needs some more taste so he takes out a salsa rojo bottle and sprinkles on the dish. Another peer puts salt and pepper on his dish even before tasting the food.

This reminds me…
I once worked with a guy that could seem to never get enough salt. He salted everything savory to insane degrees, and even, usually, salted his beer. :cyclops:

I once worked with a guy that could seem to never get enough salt. He salted everything savory to insane degrees, and even, usually, salted his beer. :cyclops:
Could it possibly be a medical necessity? There are some people (like myself) with a condition that requires us to salt everything. I even have to carry salt pills on me. Otherwise, we could pass out from lack of electrolytes and sodium.

Possibly but a peer of mine's friend loved to put more sugar on his sweets to make it sweeter. He even put packs of sugar on his frosted flakes for breakfast because the cereal wasn't sweet enough. A few years later he passed away at a young age from complications of diabetes.
