Hmmm debating on what park, resort or restaurant will inspire my next meal...

Sanaa inspired our attempts at a homemade version of the bread service. We have done this several times. My wife found the little serving set at a World Market store awhile back. The dips are hummus, chutney, oil and spices and a couple of different pepper jellies and the naan is just store bought at the grocery store. So anyway this is from awhile ago, but we still do this every now and then.

My wife made a breakfast bowl scramble this morning. Leftover grilled brats, sauteed peppers and onions, scrambled eggs and cheese and topped the whole thing with tater tots. Good stuff. Of course, I topped mine with copious amounts of black pepper and Tiger Sauce after the picture was taken. Tasty and different, which is what she was going for.

Even though Pennsylvania has reduced indoor dining to 25% capacity we were able to enjoy this....

If you have a Trader Joe's where you live you should consider getting there Malabari Paratha its delicious especially with the Spicy Jalapeno Lime Pickle (my favorite). Actually its amazing with all the dips which you can find pretty good dupe recipes online.

We live in a rural area with no Trader Joe's. Next time I am somewhere that there is one I will check it out.

In any other year....on a Friday night they would be much busier. Now it is Covid season and 25% capacity..so it looks VERY social distanced!

The only thing better than fried chicken is fried chicken with a side of ham!
