This is tonight's meal following a trip this morning to our local farmers market. OK, our little market is just a few oldtimers who park their trucks in the bank parking lot and sell the extra stuff from their gardens right out of the back of the truck, always fresh and always well priced.
Anyway, fried squash, zucchini and onions, stewed potatoes, green beans and tomato biscuits, oh, and some leftover ham from breakfast...good stuff.
