I enjoy reading what people think. I enjoy reading lots of different opinions.

Even when they are different than mine. :)

as do i. i'm just not a big proponent of authoritative positions with no basis of fact. had he experienced the land and come to that conclusion, cool. if it's just mindless conjecture -- driven largely by being loyal to disney's brand -- it's not that interesting.

plus, ya know, i'll take any reason to use the rock as a meme.

I dream of a place where intelligent discourse can occur without the fanboi defenders (both the Pixie Dusters and Potter Snorters can lock themselves away in the Gringott's vaults or a SDMT tunnel collapse).

Yes, it is possible to be a fan of BOTH Universal and Disney and have a reasonably critical eye without being an extremist... but I fear it's impossible to only involve those people in an internet conversation.

YOU GET OUT OF HERE WITH YOUR LOGIC!!!

...but yea..I totally agree. I expressed my "concerns" with diagonally in another thread, but in no way does that lesson my opinion of it being a total win. Seems some people here can't take any sort of criticism on something they had zero hand in designing or releasing. If you don't agree with them, then you're stupid and must be told that...repeatedly.

I think I'm missing something because I don't notice a ton of UniFan twitheads on here...plenty of pixies to go around though.

The Mine Train is actually a ton of fun. It has state of the art animatronics, two awesome airtime hills, catchy music, hairpin turns, and even projections from the original movie. It also is beautiful to look at and very well themed all around. The Mine Train is a total winner.

I think Pandora will surprise people, and Star Wars is already the most anticipated movie of 2015.

I'm excited to ride the Hogwart's Express. It looks like a solid D+ ticket family ride, while Gringott's I am not expecting much from to be honest. I just hope that I enjoy it more than Forbidden Journey and Transformers. (The Simpsons and Despicable Me are two recent additions to Universal that I actually enjoyed quite a bit).

Wow. That spinning made me dizzy.

Yes. Yes you can.

I've seen both in person and the one on top of the bank is a bad .

I don't disagree with that. Like I said above, it looks awesome.

But one is a moving float in a parade designed in a specific style and the other is meant to be lifelike.

Different approaches. Both awesome for their purpose.
