Disney, by far. UNI is very controlling. I respect that.

You don't see Woodbury or Coup (or their underlings) tweeting fanbois. And even frontline TMs are warned explicitly about discussing work in social media circles.

But Disney has a different view of Social Media as we all know.

One of my best friends is working entertainment for the Grand Opening and VIP events and besides telling me that is what she is doing she won't tell me a peep about what the event will be like because of being warned.

And this got all of Celebration Place hot and bothered.
Or more importantly here

Disney has been able to create emotional attachments Universal has not yet been able to replicate. I would say that a good many people here are Disney fans despite being excited about what is happening at Universal Orlando Resort. That means to some degree there will always be a desire to see the excite at Walt Disney World over it being at other attractions (and the idea of the others pushing Disney to do more is a delusional fantasy).

Harry Potter is the first thing that I think has created that emotional attachment. Now that is because of the books and the movies. I have seen HP fans tear up as they walked into Hogsmeade for the first time including my little sister who is a huge HP fan. Hell, even I got a little emotional and my fandom comes from only the movies. The first time I set foot in Hogsmeade is one of my park memories that I will never forget. My jaw dropped to the ground, I felt like I had stepped into the world of Harry Potter. It still blows me away when I go there. If you get a chance, on a rare slow day, just wander around and observe the level of detail, all the little things and it is amazing. There are still things I notice that I hadn't noticed before almost every time I explore it. I can't wait to walk into Diagon Alley for the first time. I was just amazed a few weeks ago looking at the London waterfront all lit up at night.

We should be glad someone is raising the bar. It seems to rarely happen in this country anymore.

Apparently, most APers don't like MAGIC Bands and Disney is working on another place for them to carry their tracking device according to a friend. What a shock that folks don't want plastic crap on their wrists. Who could have seen that one coming?

I haven't gone online for mine. I have zero interest wearing some stupid frackin band. Oh and having an extra card just to show for parking instead of you know having one freakin card that does it all. Don't need it don't want it. But hey when I plan ahead I can go to MK ride 3 rides I want and maybe another one or two and be out of the park in 3 hours and guess what TDO, I spend no money in the parks. But who knows when I will get to ride HM or POTC again unless it is a dead day cause I am not waiting 30 minutes for either even though they are my favorites. End of rant.

Only was there once this March and my only complaint is that it is so good that it's popularity is its only downfall. There are so many people that I could not take in many of the details that I see in pictures. I loved it and I am not a potter fan. I am a fan of great entertainment and that is the current bar, and they are about to raise it.

So what has the fanbois all lathered up now?

Snooki? Yeah, the one and only.

Apparently, she was seen with a famous Wookie at TPFKaTD-MGMS and D23 tweeted something and they're all soiling their undies now.

I don't even know what to say about this, but if you have a problem with it I'd complain to Michael Crawford because I hear he is a big shot with D23 and can even raise the dead.

OK, I generally don't link to Brooks Barnes stories anymore ... he is just well-paid publicist, after all,
But if I had to read this, then I think you all should too:

Also, (hey @PhotoDave219, no spoilers but you might want to look away anyway) a THR piece on Ford's injury:

(don't discuss anything movie related here, please!!!)

They are losing their mind over this and I am using it as an opportunity to further trim the fat that is my twitter account.
