We are not getting the DLP version according to Spirit, In DHS we are getting Toy Story themed flat rides - it's slugged 'Playland' but it's not the 'good' version, we are getting the cheap version.

Just from my own lengthy time on the planet, things that were undesirable, unwashed, less then moral, etc. were sometimes referred to as Skags or Skaggy. That's where I think the "joke" comes in. Not a real good one though.

I could be wrong but as I (singular) understand it DHS is getting some toy story themed outdoor flat rides. budget on this from what I heard is < 75 mil so quick and cheap.

TSPL in Paris cost about $75M. I think that's where the number comes from. Still waiting to hear what the other Billion plus is going to be spent on.
