And anyone who has had the frustration of dealing with any of the Disney websites knows that their focus is not on IT. If anything they really should beef up at least their websites. I ended up buying Disney products from Amazon this year just because I couldn't take the glitchy Disney Store website. I'm pretty sure I actually paid more, but I got so frustrated I didn't care.Most of the MyMagic+ development and infrastructure is being done by outside contractors. Disney has not attempted to turn itself into an IT company.
