I agree with this and thats why the whole DRM garbage for games makes me mad. I agree with Miyamoto (nintendo creator of Mario)The One has taken that a step further and will make it to where I can further simplify and enhance my entertainment life. I can move my blu-ray player into another room and I might actually be able to ditch my cable box as well (DVR will be the deciding factor in that).
And everyday Microsoft makes it more clear that you don't own anything and you have no say or control. I still believe that a game system should allow me to put in a game at any time I want, internet connection or not and play it. I guess I may just be a dieing breed. The decisions Microsoft are making kill me because (and I am not ashamed to say) I have been a HUGE Xbox fanboy. I loved my xbox (it still gets played A LOT) and my 360 has been the pinnacle of gaming for me, so it pains me to say Xbox one isn't in my plans.gamespot said:"As a consumer you want to be able to keep those things for a long time and have those things from your youth that you can go back to and experience again."
