The Micechat article expands on this a bit re: maintenance and uptime, it sounds like they've made a more concerted effort to fix/improve maintenance and reliability issues, and it's resulted in a genuine, measurable increase in attraction uptime, ridership, and guest satisfaction year over year in 2025.

So good for them on that.

So good for them on that.

Perhaps it’s no coincidence that we saw long lost effects come back like the rope bridge effect on Indy or the not so long lost effects like the canons on ROTR fixed.

I mean, most attractions looked the best I'd seen them look ever in 2025. And tons of things have been fixed.

If we hadn't had to deal with 2020-2024's changes, I'd be saying the park now is the best it's been in a decade.

With everything that's come out, I get the feeling that Thomas Mazloum is here to stay at Disneyland, at least until Avatar opens, and won't be taking over as Head of Parks
