This reminds me of the Cheers episode where Sam got into some trouble after he and Diane broke up and he was about to squander everything he had worked for, and so Diane returned to the bar for what was supposed to be just a little while to help get him back on his feet, but then she wound up staying forever.

Well, ok, she didn't stay forever because Shelley Long left the show three seasons later, but still. Basically an identical situation.
I thought Rebecca was better for Sam, but that's just my opinion....

I think the parks returning to exactly as they were in 1965 is a bona fide guarantee.

We may never see a girl as a jungle cruise skipper again, or a guy narrating the canal boats so we best get our last rides in now.

I hope the men have good shavers, and that the tattoo removal spots in Anaheim have plenty of availability.

From your mouth to Gods ears.

The difference between the two men? This picture basically says it all, right? Clothing choice, body language, genuine vs. forced smile... Interesting...

I need @TP2000 to do an outfit breakdown please.

This is the same location we got the original outfit break down that I believe includes Kathleen Kennedy and George Lucas.

I wouldn’t be surprised. I can’t wait to ride the Astro Jets and get a hot tuna pie at the Chicken of the Sea Pirate ship again.

Cars land is about to become so much more authentic once we can park our actual cars there.

And any Abominable Snowman fans better get their last rides on the Matterhorn before the caves are knocked out.

Call me old fashioned, but the CEO of Disney should never be wearing jeans in a PR photo- even when going for casual. Not to mention how poorly fitted Chapek's coat is. And there are hundreds of sports coats that would do better. This looks like he grabbed any old suit coat out of his closet.

Iger's clothing is actually fitted properly- it's casual yet he isn't wearing jeans. A good pair of chinos goes a long way.

But honestly Disney really should have someone who does the fashion for their executives, especially at Disney events and for PR photos.

Unrelated to the elephant on the studio lot: took my cousins to Disneyland for the first time in years this weekend. Honestly pretty disappointed in the day, we only managed to ride 7 rides (including Genie+ and ILL for Rise) because so many rides went down. Small World, Web Slingers, and Soarin all went down while we were in line so we wasted so much time on them, and to top it all off the fireworks were cancelled due to the Santa Ana winds. I feel bad I couldn't show them as good a time as I normally can for friends.

You rang?

I'm knee deep in Bekins-branded packing supplies as I settle into my new home, and I've just been forced to use a juice glass to drink supermarket Malbec, but what the hell. With the great news about Bob Chapek being forced out, I'm happy to oblige. Let's take a look at the damage here...

Off the top of my head:

Two old white guys and a Wookie walk into a bar. No, that's not right. Focus!...

@DrAlice is right, the looks and vibe here are subtle, yet strikingly different.

Bob Iger is;
-Relaxed, happy, content
-Tailored, age appropriate yet casual clothing, the grey chinos and slim-fit sweater is pitch perfect.
-Svelte, fit, and yet expertly Botoxed and laser resurfaced. Willow deserves some credit there, I'm sure.

Bob Chapek is;
-Forced, nervous, smiling a smile. Because he likes to smile a smile. He's nearly human!
-You can tell that Chapek desperately hopes Iger doesn't ask him a question about the Disneyland operation of this Billion dollar new land because he's clueless about it. Don't forget to say the word immersive!
-Jeans? They rarely work on a big man. This is just example #543,380,743 of that for men.
-Jacket? Any man needs to remember to button one button once they stand up, especially when there are cameras. An unbuttoned jacket on anyone who is not a lithe Brazilian soccer star makes the man look even dumpier and blobbier. The big man fit and cut didn't help here, but he should have buttoned it the moment he stepped out of the executive shuttle backstage.
-WAY TOO CASUAL for a Billion dollar investment! Chapek thinks this makes him look hip and young and confident, but it doesn't. It makes him look blobby and nervous.
-As Willow gets credit for Iger, Mrs. Chapek deserves some blame for this one. No excuse.
