I was thinking the same thing as the flat sign is just the backdrop, so yes I think it’s possible. Or some other lighting package that makes the letters seem as though they are more 3D.

Yeah considering all the lengths they re going though to get the park nice n shiny for the 70th it would be kind of odd to downgrade the Jolly Holdiay sign into a flat digital sign especially considering the land it resides in.

Agreed, and unless this is a temporary placeholder that will be replaced it 100% won't be digital as that is not a digital display.

Will Buzz Lightyear Astroblasters exist in 2030?

I say no. I think it’s prime real estate for a new attraction for the 75th anniversary. Between this and the ever present Tomorrowland and Peoplemover rumors I don’t think it makes it to 2030. It’s also felt so run down of late. Which is odd as they have pretty much recently spruced up almost every other attraction in the park. In fact, it seems that the Tomorrowland attractions are the only ones that haven’t been closed for refurbs leading up to the 70th.

I have no evidence, just a gut feeling, that there are eyes on both the Buzz space and the box office receipts for the upcoming Lilo & Stitch remake.

I’ve been saying the same thing and that’s before I even knew there was a live action stitch movie coming out. Either as dark ride or just some show scenes for the PeopleMover.

Probably intentional, unfortunately. Trying to counter their floundering numbers.

Oh I am sure, they probably can already see the data coming out re: Canadians cancelling plans.

When I cancelled my hotel booking across the road, I did write in why, so I am sure the resort area is seeing an impact, and sharing the word with one another.

I would say, No. Both parks.
