Now we are gradually moving around the World of Imagineering and Walt Disney World. This, Project 3, will be taking place in Disney’s Animal Kingdom. And as we are moving threw WDW, we are also moving and gradually getting bigger projects. So for this project we will be designing the good ole’ E-Ticket attraction, but not like a Pirates of the Caribbean, or a Haunted Mansion, but a Expedition Everest, or Kilimanjaro Safaris. And since we are in Disney’s Animal Kingdom, theming once again is key. Here is the “run down”, you must think of a E-Ticket attraction and find a place to put in ANYWHERE in Disney’s Animal Kingdom, you can choose any land to put it in, from Asia to Discovery Island to Rafiki’s Planet Watch and so on. But you CAN NOT build your own land; you have to use one of the 7 existing lands. So no making Beastly Kingdom, etc. Also, you can build it anywhere (used and unused lands). But like every other thing of Disney’s attractions and theme parks, this attraction you defiantly NEED A STORY beyond the attraction as well as a story of the attraction.


So here are your musts:
--Story Beyond the Attraction
--Themed Queue
--Themed Vehicle
--Scene List from Attraction
--Scene Descriptions
--at least 3 pictures (detailing the attraction scenes, etc.)

One final note is some attraction ideas that you cant do.. J Journey into the Center of the Earth, Dragon Tower and Beastly Kingdom idea… Hope you understand…

You are also probably thinking about what the surprise is… Well, the surprise is you will be working in teams of 3… I suggest you start a thread here at the Imagineering Forum for each of your teams so you can communicate and such and or talking through PMs and such… Anywhere, except please don’t talk to each other in your groups here on this thread… Thanks… This thread is for general questions about the project and where you will be posting your projects…
Once you are in your teams, you will decide which one of your group members will be Team Leader. The team leader will be the ONLY ONE who posts the project here on the thread. And they will also be putting the project presentation together. The whole team will come up together to agree on an idea and come up with the story and such.

Yeah, EVERYTHING is touchable, even the Tree of Life!

(well, maybe removing the Tree of Life would be bad, considering it gives the whole park and all the animals inside... ya'know... life...)

EDIT: Everytthing is touchable EXCEPT Tree of Life since it is the Wiene of the park... Think about it you wouldnt knock down the Castle would You??

I started school today so i get out at 1:50 so i will answer the ??s after taht, and Wednesdays i get out at 12:07... Just letting you know b/c i am usually prompt on answering just now im not in summer anymore so it might be a littl ebit more delayed..
