After work today it was sunny and 34 degrees! It felt like a heatwave so Kapono and I took a walk. She hasn't had to wear her boots all winter and when she saw them she ran away from me. But at the end of our walk her feet were still warm and dry.

34 should feel like a heat wave after below zero temps.

O.k. Let's see if this works. I'm going to try and put a nice picture here for @MOXOMUMD since she can't get pictures to work for her, due to an older electronic device. I'm going to try cut and paste, as I haven't a clue what I'm doing.

I hope it works as it will make her happy. I didn't even choose a winter scene, as I know she likes summer scenes. This one is from Google images.

Dinner today was planned around DD New Instant Pot. Today was garlic rosemary finger potatoes. And meat is breaded pork chops that were massive, corn and applesauce

We also had an instant pot dinner, but I didn't take a picture. Hubby made a delicious roast that would have taken six to eight hours in the oven in less than an hour in the instant pot. While the meat was resting, he made cauliflower "mashed potatoes" in about five minutes (usually takes near 45 minutes).

Don't tempt me. I was given Ferera Roche chocolates (which have hazel nuts, the only nuts I can eat, found out in WDW a few years ago, don't ask how) and Giradeli chocolates at work. They have stayed at work for the sake of my waistline. However, last time I was in Hershey, I brought home full size Kit Kat bars and there's still half a dozen of them in the pantry and I'm trying not to think about that...

I love Ferrero Rocher so much! very good choice of chocolates.

Anyone else notice that the room only discounts for Spring are no more than 20% off? Usually they would have at least 30% off for deluxe. Only 15% off for moderates. Glad I got a pin code. Hoping the AP discount is a little better.

No instapot dinner for us, just a regular crock pot roast with potatoes and carrots. I also made my box mix of Red Lobster brand cheddar cheese biscuits. It was very good.

SonIL flew out to Cali. yesterday for his 2-weeks of training for his new FB job. DD will join him for next weekend, and then he flies home the following weekend. All expenses paid for both of them...!!!!!!!
Along with the huge pay raise, the benefits are pretty off-the-charts, too...

I wish I remembered what specific flavors of bath bomb I bought at Basin. I'm really enjoying the ones I bought at Disney, and I only have one left. I found their website though, so I guess it's time for experimentation but it would have been really convenient if I wrote down the flavors I liked while I was there

We did the same oops with the salt and sugar hand scrubs. Jars not labeled. We also bought the shampoo bars.

Hasn't been much to talk about here weather-wise since our NYE dusting of snow.
Was clear with a high of 67 today. 52 right now with a predicted low of 41.
Clear with a predicted high of 66 tomorrow, and a low of 44 overnight.
