Yup, we're getting the freezing rain stuff here. My supervisor and my boss didn't even bother coming in. I drove home in the beginings of it. The rain was hitting my windshield and starting to turn to ice on impact. It was not a fun drive.

I commute home in about 25 minutes, and our roads look clear!! Some of my coworkers worked from home all day, but I'm glad I came in. I'm much more productive in the office.

Plus I don't have to make my own coffee here

My DD always likes going in too. She says she gets twice as much done because no one is there to bother her.

This is true for every time except the holidays. It always feels like the emptier the office gets during the holiday season, the more the few people who are left want to stand around a chit chat all day.

Well hello everyone! I finished my Eagle Scout paperwork and just need to take it downtown. In addition, I'm starting weekends at my job,which has been PACKED due to the cold.

People change plans, cancel appointments, close schools based on forecasts. It was supposed to be icing now here with a temperature of 33 degrees. It is 26 and already after 1. It is not going to get much warmer. Weather people need to do a better job.

Maybe look for a different name. I've found it labeled multiple ways. Pork butt is actually front shoulder area not rear.



pork shoulder = pork shoulder butt = pork blade shoulder Meat from this section is relatively fatty, which makes for juicy, tender, and flavorful roasts as well as clogged arteries.

Unfortunately I can't find any pork roast meat but hopefully the butcher will have some tomorrow. Thanks for all the suggestions though.

I eat very little meat but as a city girl all my food comes from local stores.
