Same here -- caller ID. If we don't know the number or the person calling, we never pick up. (Gone are the days when we'd just pick up the phone and assume it was someone we knew.) ;)

Just the other day, one call left a message, and it was obviously a scam. I did a reverse look up of the phone #, and the search revealed that the phone number used, had made over 675,000 calls in 2 days . . . :jawdrop: :p

That just means that robot...uhmmm, salesperson...is really dedicated...!!!!!:D:hilarious:;):)

To further my editorial as to why good enough isn’t good enough

FYI:

"The data breach at Capital One may be the "tip of the iceberg" and may affect other major companies, according to security researchers. From a report:

Israeli security firm CyberInt said Vodafone, Ford, Michigan State University and the Ohio Department of Transportation may have also fallen victim to the same data breach that saw over 106 million credit applications and files stolen from a cloud server run by Capital One by an alleged hacker, Paige Thompson, a Seattle resident, who was taken into FBI custody earlier this week. Reports from Forbes and security reporter Brian Krebs indicating that Capital One may not have been the only company affected, pointing to "one of the world's biggest telecom providers, an Ohio government body, and a major U.S. university," according to Slack messages sent by the alleged hacker.

Krebs posted a screenshot of a list of files purportedly stolen by the alleged hacker. The stolen data contained filenames including car maker "Ford" and Italian financial services company "Unicredit." The Justice Department said Thompson may face additional charges -- suggesting other companies may have been involved."

I should clarify something.. I don’t mow because I don’t have the time, and secondarily I don’t think I would make lines as neat as the professionals.. the 16 year old doesn’t do diagonals in the front like I’ve always had before, but he does do straight lines.
Prior to living here, I was in Florida. No way would I have had the patience or want to do the yard and other landscaping in the heat.

That’s why I’ve never mowed. T will, as soon as he is in high school. 😂

Until I sold my house I had 5 neighbor boys from the same family at my disposal I paid them $25 a week to mow, weed whack, and blow off the sidewalk and driveway after. We had a very deep driveway. They were between ten and 14, twins in the mix. They'd fight with their Dad over who could mow that week. The younger ones did a better job. The younger ones also removed my snow. They were strong and athletic boys, capable.

You didn’t ask for this explanation, but, I’m gonna’ do it anyway, ‘cause I feel the need for speed...!!!!!!! :joyfull: (which afterburners are similar to)...!!!!! :hilarious:

Simply put, a supercharger is a mechanically (belt, etc.) driven impeller that stuffs more fuel/air mixture into the combustion chamber for more power, and a turbocharger does similar with exhaust gasses exiting the combustion chamber driving the impeller. With turbochargers there is still a thing known as “turbo lag”, because the exhaust gasses can take a bit of time to get things going (think supercharger pre-combustion, turbocharger post-combustion), but, not nearly as big a problem these days after advances.
Anyway, I once drove a ‘79 Mustang Indy “Pace Car” that was turbocharged, and the “turbo lag” was very noticeable, but, once it got movin’ it was at a pretty decent pace...!!!

Anyway, for anyone who cares to read...!!! :)

Thanks for the explanation (I understood most of it). :)

But the other reason for the "love" is that you got to drive in a Pace Car???!!!! So jelly!!!! :jawdrop: (Or, was the above the actual pace car you drove, or were you saying that you drove the same model/year, etc., car as NASCAR used for a pace car?)

Apparently, one of the VERY few things Disney hasn’t raised the price on since at least June 10th of ‘13 when I took this pic in WS...!!!!! :joyfull::D:hilarious:;):)

Wonder how many they’ve actually sold over those years...?! 🤔😉
A bunch of years ago when we were in Arribas we spoke to a salesperson about it. He had said that he had sold one. I am sure that many of your firms clients could easily afford it, but whether they would want to is a whole different story. If I had the money I do not think that I would.
