I had to do a double take at her head, at first the unicorn horn looked like she had an ice cream cone upside down on her head!
Then I realized that didn't make sense which is when I figured out it was a unicorn.

Been thinking of ya during those times this week. My DS DD have a friend that did a tour in the MidEast. He did his commitment but signed on in the reserves. He has been on a nearby Police force for a year. He finished his last week there as he has been called up for at least a year to return to the Mideast. He and they have no clear idea of the whys or what they are being sent to fight for. They are nervous they are simply theater that could get them themselves killed cause there isn’t a mission per say. He is 28 and my heart breaks for his unit and similar.

We asked my dad to put potatoes in the oven to bake and for my brother to feed the cats.
My goodness...you would have thought we were asking for something unreasonable...

this isn't the political forum so I'll refrain from sharing my views on what a waste the wars are, but I do wish him and his unit luck and God speed. When i first went to Iraq my brother was also there. My mom was beside herself with worry.

She's growing so quickly. I'd tell her to slow down but this is by far my favorite age and I'm looking forward to what the next couple stages bring

My dad argued with my mom about why I couldn't do it. She repeated four or five times that I was working. He finally did it. Without the foil. Which meant I was instructing him from the next room while working.
Then my brother told me he couldn't open the can of cat food. He brought it in and I popped it right open.
Well, the cats got fed and we all ate, so I guess we're good here.

I am so in need of vacation time. Looking forward to our annual family long vacation made even longer due to airfare. Who wouldn’t add more days if you came out $$$ ahead. I’d rather have Disney have the $$$ over the airlines. Bonus more
