I had to deal with something similar once. I was supposed to go to Orlando for High School Graduation gift from my parents at the time. The High Graduation gift was Disney trip.

What happened was the plane going to take off, some type of a problem happened and the flight was delayed over a couple hours. The airline was either Midwest Express(later on Midwest Airlines) or Delta.

I miss Midwest Express. All first class seating and warm chocolate chip cookies on the flight....

I'm not sure I understand. If everything was posted on the website, why is it bad that she is talking about the results? Doesn't everyone already know? And why so many on the one team now? Did they combine some teams?
Numbers were posted and not names. Also those are not the final team rosters. Not all evaluations have been completed yet. Some people couldn’t make the evaluation and will have a private one. Those will not be official until the end of June. The coach sent out a letter today and said the teams are still fluid. She said she wants to see how the kids all work together the next few weeks and also figure out level placement. So a parent can tell their kid something, end up being totally wrong and then their kid is heartbroken.

OK, the good news re: today’s eye doctor visit:

The gas bubble is down to 15%.

Eye drops reduced from 3x day to 2x.

Eye pressure went down from an alarming 32 to 12.

No more sleeping face down, just not on his back (which he is doing right now :banghead:.)

Reading the eye chart with that eye went very well. (The bubble was cooperating and staying out of the way.) He got down several lines, to the point I had to put my glasses on to read the last one.

There is still more recovering to do, but it looks like the surgery did what it was supposed to do, and we should be “back to our normal” soon enough.

The bad news: none. 😊
Yay! I love only good news. And “back to your normal” sounds great! How is Kylie doing?

My poor DD and SIL were supposed to fly out at 2:30 EST starting their trip to LA. Mechanical problems with their plane. Now not leaving until 6:50 heading nonstop to Baltimore then catch a 10 pm nonstop to LA. Get there around 1 PST. I feel so bad for them to be stuck at their airport for 5 hours!😟
Oh that is really stinky. But better to be safe I say.

It’s 73 right now and mostly cloudy. Headed to 79. It’s a bit cooler than it has been . Feels like early Spring. We’ve been hitting upper 80s the past two weeks and dry. It felt like July and August here. No rain in two weeks. Rain is supposed to start tomorrow through the weekend. Grass is already browning!😟

Got up to 91 here yesterday.
Only got to 86 today before the rain set in.
Where are my trip digits...???!!!!! :bored::hilarious:;):)

Geez. Southwest I'm guessing? BWI is a hub for them.

Gotcha. I was a bit confused as well, but figured you aren't the type to get angry over nothing. I was a musician, not an athlete. 🙃
