The current ones don't plug into anything, but, it could be adapted to do it via the 12v** port on most all new cars. It really depends on how long one keeps a vehicle. I lease this and my last car for three years and didn't have to change the batteries. Even my spare that hung there on a hook for three years with no usage at all... was still strong when I traded it in.Oh, stop making sense, for heaven's sake!![]()
