My guess is there was a few impulse buys on that list. I've started going into Sams and Costco with a list and not wandering the rows.

Actually not too many impulse buys. We haven't been in almost a month.

The light fixture I would have bought last trip, but I didn't have room in my car as my brothers were with me.
Sandisks are cheaper NOWHERE.
I was going to go to HomeSense for the hampers, but Costco was cheaper.

Only Hubby's sunglasses (Nike Tailwind) were unplanned.
Everything else was a semi-regular purchase whose time was due.

There was a ton of stuff we didn't buy because our carts (yes, carts) were full - 8 bags of milk, cat litter, GatorAde, laundry detergent, and potatoes.

(The toilet papers were each 40-packs, and the paper towel was a 12 or 18 pack. These three items pretty much filled my cart.)

The issue is, you seem to be one caught in the frozenfever.
I dont think many people are this fanatic in purchasing that much products.

I have an Elsa iPad cover.
Mostly I collect Minions and Mr. Potato Head.

I also saw this picture, and I thought it was a joke--gator looked fake to me. You mean to say that this big critter is REAL??!!

You should have seen the favourite Crock of Steve Irwin.
I think his name was Goliath, it was a MONSTROUS crock.

reminds me.. of that colossal 21 feet (6 meter) big Philippine crock that was caught in 2011.

right now I'm again in a FESTIVAL OF THE LION KING fever myself.
I watch the HD video at least once a day..
love the "the lion sleeps tonight" part.

I haven't seen that show in years. I'm a little spoiled by the stage musical version of Lion King. Also, we just don't spend that much time at AK.

Best theme park show is hands down the Aladdin show at DCA.

This isn't the first time I've gotten caught up with Beauty and the Beast. Belle was my favorite princess growing up, initially because she has brown hair and brown eyes like me, but then also because she's smart and strong. I saw the stage musical (traveling version, Broadway Across America) when I was 5. I saw it again in high school. The Broadway CD is my vocal warm-up CD. Last year, I did the same thing with watching the movie over and over again...and I watched it on the plane back from WDW...and in WDW last year with my bff when we went in early.

Also, recall that my cat's name is Belle...

Yeah, I have problems.

Maybe you just need a boyfriend.

Oh my gosh!!! I hope you don't go take a walk by yourself at night; I'd be scared that a gator might run after you!! They're dark-colored and you might not see one at night. Oh, that brings me to another good thing about living up here in a snow area: gators think that snow is too cold, so they stay down South!

If I remember correctly, crock's eyes do "shine" at night, aka reflect light.
so, you could use certain cameras or lights to see them easily at night.

So, I invest a whole 25 minutes cooking up 5+ lbs of ground beef (no idea why I thought 5 kg yesterday) and everyone splits.

Son #1 - the birthday boy, borrowed my car and went out with friends. Says he'll eat leftovers tomorrow.
Son #2 - just got back from an in-car driving lesson and has no appetite until he smokes some you-know-what. (Lord, grant me the patience to not kill him, and a really good defence attorney if I do.)
And Adopted Son - went out, will be back at 9:30 and eat then.

So, there is no lovely presentation, no chopped up tomatoes and shredded lettuce in fancy bowls ... no effort whatsoever.

I'm sure if I were ever actually tested, someone would tell me the name for it ... but I have more than moderate problems with facial recognition. (I didn't even recognize my own brother once in a convenience store.)

But voices .... I never forget them.
And Paul Harvey had one of the best ones ever. Just thinking about him, I can hear him just as clear as a bell.
For those of you who do not know Paul Harvey - YouTube him. You can thank me later.

Imho, i'm a big fan of Rob Paulsen.

I just found out today that the cloudiness in my left eye is a Cataract. Joy, of joy! Have I mentioned just exactly how much I hate the aging process? It ranks right up there with winter.

but those can be fixed easily, right?

if it fails, you could always get an eyepatch and pull the nick fury or pirate captain.

I've actually never had a boyfriend. I had offers, but haven't been interested. Too focused on other things. Not a priority, quite honestly. Either the right guy comes along...or he doesn't.

But I still love chick flicks and romance novels. So I'll stick with those until the right guy comes around.

Yea that's one way smoking can kill ya! When we stayed at Riverside they told us that alligators are sometimes spotted on the edge of the Sassagoula river. I heard people have seen them in the pools now was I getting my leg pulled with that one?

hah, in my town they definitively like some hotel pools. I can tell you that (small gators anyway)

Imho, i'm a big fan of Rob Paulsen.

Had to Google him.
Given that I haven't/don't watch P&TB, TMNT, or Animaniacs, I am unfamiliar with his work.

Paul Harvey was not a voice actor. He was just a guy who had an amazing radio program, who happened to have a really cool voice.
