Waaaaaah!
My first born turns 20 today!

I
Am
Sooooooo
Old!

But still cute, so it's all good.
At least Hubby thinks I am. Sometimes he kisses me on the top of my head, and says, "I love you. You are too cute."
Don't we just make you want to barf sometimes?
Pretty sure @donaldtoo says stuff like this to his wife too. :)

Yes, for DWifey. ;) Plus, it's true...she's still as cute as she can be...!
Although, probably, since we're closer in height, I kiss her smack on the lips...!!! :joyfull: :D ;) :)

I've not personally seen a gator at WDW, but they are there; have heard several tales. Also, snakes. Last year, a boy got bitten by one at POFQ, IIRC, in the common areas around the buildings. Read about that on another Disney Board.
What scares me about traveling is that I don't know what poisonous spiders and snakes are indigenous to the area I'm visiting. Now yes I know I can look this information up but that is a rational response to my irrational fear so, you know, that ain't happenin'.

Maybe just cook for yourself and your hubby from now on. Just make romantic dinners for two. Do you have candles? Candles are pretty on the dinner table, and I think your hubby and you might like that. The others don't seem to want to eat dinner at a regular dinnertime.

Or maybe another idea: how about making romantic dinners for two, most nights of the week, and then perhaps suggest that everyone can vote for one or two "family" nights, when everyone wants to be home and have dinner together. I'm guessing it's probably harder to coordinate schedules as your sons get older, but I think they still might enjoy a few nights, with everyone enjoying dinner together. Just me with my rambling thoughts here . . .
And they can drink Naked juice.

I'm sure if I were ever actually tested, someone would tell me the name for it ... but I have more than moderate problems with facial recognition. (I didn't even recognize my own brother once in a convenience store.)

But voices .... I never forget them.
And Paul Harvey had one of the best ones ever. Just thinking about him, I can hear him just as clear as a bell.
For those of you who do not know Paul Harvey - YouTube him. You can thank me later.
I'm huge on voices too. My new supervisor at my second job has a really sex voice. He could be giving me a really bad evaluation or correcting me and I really wouldn't be that unhappy.

I know. That's like walkin' into a car dealership and havin' the salesperson ask ya' "So, what kinda' payments are ya' lookin' at?" "How 'bout you just give me a fair deal on the car I want, and we'll figure the whole payment thing out later." Or, better yet, "I've got cash." :joyfull: :D :)

I am soooo glad my DS just paid cash for his car last week. Amen.

Food is generally expensive up here.
$3.97 for what is essentially a gallon of milk.
$3.79 for a loaf of the good white bread.
Apples work out to a buck a piece!
Red, yellow, orange peppers are $3.99/lb. (Green - $2.99/lb.)
$2.99 for a 35 pack of 500 ml (16 oz) water bottles.
Quaker flavoured oatmeal (8 packets/box) I buy on sale 2/$5.00.

Other stuff I buy at Costco.

I posted most of my receipt from Costco yesterday. Have a look.

And don't even get me started on the price of gas!

Well if it helps your water is much cheaper.

I bet I'll trip over the Costco receipt as I get back to yesterdays skipped pages.

I bet if you guys queue up together they will seat you together. There really are not smaller tables that 3 will not accommodate even if you pull up a chair. My DD in April were seated at a table for up to 4. It isn't like the Beirgarten where they seat you at other peoples tables.

Last trip there were 8 of us at Biergarten, so we got our own table off in a little cozy corner, but, still with a good view of the stage. :)

Sorry, it doesn't play for me. But that's okay, I don't want to cry just now.

Once I get into bed, turn out the lights, and start reminiscing about the night/morning my son was born, and how thrilled my parents were, and how my kids had lost all of their grandparents before ever graduating, getting a licence, getting married, having a baby of their own ... I'll probably cry anyway.

('Cause in case you haven't discerned, I'm kind of a sap like that. Plus it would have been my Mom's b'day on the 15th.)

Sympathy "like".
