I don’t have Alexa, much to my son’s dismay.. but I do tell my car to play Despacito and it works.. what does Alexa do?

Alexa is a voice system similar to SIRI that does things to you via voice.

Alexa can play music, buy stuff, search information, talk, make calls, etc..
