I understand. There is an anti Amazon following promoted nationwide by some. Me it works well for us. Our time is limited. Amazon fills that for us. I check a few boxes and what I need is delivered to my doorstep in a few hours. Not a lover of shopping or grocery shopping so I love Amazon and best prices at a fingertip . Beyond that I shop my local markets and done.

I get it! There’s days when I greatly miss the ease of Amazon. I made a commitment to myself so we’ll see how long it lasts. I’ve tried to get my close friends and sister to boycott as well.. so far it’s only me.lol

Wow! What happened?

Lightening. It was so crazy.

It was a very deep incision so maybe that is the difference over him splitting his head open stitches

Precisely. (And not directing this comment at you at all, but just an fyi for "some" others who might not be familiar with post-op healing times -- it may be human nature to focus on the specific surgery, but sometimes we forget that the entire body has just endured a trauma. Everything affects everything else. That's why it can often take longer to heal than one would assume, after any surgery, really. The body is working overtime to self-adjust.)

I haven't decided on the donut run, but we may do the farm market together. Some fresh veggies sound good, like some fresh lettuce and maybe even some tomatoes to make a spaghetti sauce. YUM!

I wouldn't go to the wedding either with that last minute invite. I wouldn't send a gift either, but I would probably send a card to acknowledge the event. I would send a $0.47 - $1 card, not an expensive one.
We have a winner:D
