Yep, as I posted, she said the neb helped a little, but, not nearly as much as she had hoped when she listened to my lungs afterwards.
And, yes, that's EXACTLY the problem. When this happens, I can cough myself silly, and the stuff just doesn't come up the way it needs to so I can stop coughing.

Before we used to go hiking in the mountains, we used to take vitamin B12 to help increase the red blood cells for more oxygen supply at altitude.

Smart move. I wonder how long it takes for them to increase. We often see runners come to our altitude to train for races.

Again, I'm usually very good about following up with any health issues that I have, or encounter. This time, I was just movin' along and not paying close enough attention. Things have been really busy lately and it just got away from me. I'll be much more attentive in the future.

And a little past his prime years for all that. No matter how much one takes good care, pushing 50 is pushing 50.
I use to see things like this at our family events for swim team. Mom's in bikini's and Dads in suits they should not be in even in good shape. You put them next to some of these athlete young'ns and they just look foolish.

For me it's all the eyes. It's what is conveyed through the eyes.

The only thing more satisfying than an Agatha Christie novel, is a well executed Agatha Christie film adaptation.
And booyah - another one next Sunday.

P.S. - RIP Geraldine McEwan, my favourite Miss Marple.

I've never read an Agatha Christie novel but I love to read. Which would you recommend I start off with?

The hilarity is the other guy claiming I am "acting childish'.
even after the whole part where he implies and accuses me of being something I'm not.
Only real answer after such Bs reply is just eyerolling.

The barricaded road in front of the White House! Sadness. I guess that was the reaction for security letting those people get past them.

I went by there this afternoon and the guards in front said the barricades are temporary and related to a construction project that will be finished soon, and not related to the recent security incidents. We'll see.
