You have a smartphone now right? Or as I like to call them a computer-phone. There are tons of emojis with those, although you would probably need to add the keyboard in settings. Or have your hubs do it for you.

Thank you, but I really don't use the phone for much at all. I just wish we had them here--I'm way more comfortable sitting at a desk with the computer at home.

Yah, it was frustrating, as I'm also a morning person--even more so, because if you go early, you can get on most of the attractions with short waits. So when a blockbuster goes down for a morning, it really messes things up. At least I had the luxury of going another morning--not everyone might have that option.
It totally messed up our morning there. We had a fp for EE, Kali, and FOP for after lunch. It was only in the 70's so Kali was off. No one wanted to get wet and be cold. I forgot to mention we saw the new Up bird show. All I can say was the old show was better. The Finding Nemo show was closed as well. Aside from FOP, it was not a great day at AK, although there were lots of animals to see on the safari, including the baby hipp.:)

So what happens when you go on vacation with 4 kids, and aren't as diligent about telling them to wash their hands before they eat after touching loads of handrails? Also no stroller or bag meant there were no sanitary wipes. Well home for a couple of days and first youngest had a fever and now is coughing with no fever, and 2nd youngest had a fever the last 2 days. I hear oldest coughing upstairs now.

I just completed a Disney survey based on Thursdays visit to Epcot. Two of the questions concerned the Living Seas, which we had not visited on this trip, and Figment. The Figment questions asked if we were familiar with him, and how much we liked him basically. Of course I said he was excellent. The Living Seas questions were about why we didn't visit it. One of the multiple choice answers was because "it was too far away", and another was "I don't like aquariums", and another was basically "it's boring". I just chose the one that said that it didn't fit in my plans for that day.

I don't think you'd want to leave her alone in the house, because it might turn into a scene out of Toddlers Gone Wild. :jawdrop: Once she wakes up on her own, (and finds no one is around), she might head directly for the liquor cabinet and chug down a few shots of tequila, before you return back with the dog! :joyfull:

Any other questions about parenting? Ask my advice anytime. :p (Disclaimer: I have no kids. :hilarious: )

Toddlers Gone Wild :hilarious::hilarious::hilarious: Goldfish crackers everywhere!!

Soccer tryouts tonight.. I don’t even need to blur the kids faces, you can barely see them.. but they’re there. Doing 1v1s in a downpour.
Then.. the goals started flying, coaches called it.. rescheduled. :(

Mother Nature hates us this year:mad:

I'm sure she was a wonderful mother who loved her children. We all have our quirks, but deep down, most of us are decent people.

I had to chuckle a little about you waiting and watching for her to come home. The reason is it reminded me of my dog--he's very single minded. If one of us is not home, he often sits on the stairs.because he can see out the livingroom window from there, and just "waits" for our return. He always makes a big welcome "scene" when we walk in the door! :cat: (P.S.: We need a dog emoji on here as well.) ;)
I don't recall making a big welcome scene when she materialized, but, I do believe I asked for a snack. Wait... did you just compare me to a dog? :jawdrop: I like dogs, but, I am no.... OK, I guess a 4 year old can legitimately be puppy like. ;)

Sympathy like. I hope it's just a 24 hour thing. {{HUGS}} from a nice safe distance. BTW we bring a back pack with wipes and such in it and our kids are big enough to lug it. Free trip to Disney doesn't come with a cost;)
