Hmm...that looks like something that's installed that really shouldn't be there. It doesn't look like a Windows update screen. Is it possible one of your kids downloaded and installed something they shouldn't have?

Is there a particular time when you're seeing that (like when browsing the internet) or does it pop up at random?

When did this start?

The best way I could possibly tell you what the culprit would be is to see a list of programs installed on your PC. If you don't feel comfortable sharing that here, you can message me.
Yeah, kids. Don't doubt that they clicked on something. Has happened before. It will pop up whenever regardless of the site I am on. It doesn't pop up when I am using a program like Word or Publisher. I think just the internet.

What browser are you using? It looks like they downloaded some sort of extension or toolbar. You get rid of that, and most likely the issue will stop.

Wow!!! That looks incredible! How did you like it compared to the cabin?

It looks like there’s just as much space!
There is as much space if you don't include the master bedroom. The cabin may be wider and the bathroom in the cabin is wider for sure as there is a full size tub and a nice big sink counter. The bathroom was the biggest sticking point. We had our toothbrushes in a glass on the counter, but kept the sundries container in our room on the window ledge. It worked fine. Ds wanted an actual bed next time not in the living area. If the other bedroom had 2 sets of bunk instead of a loft on one side, it would have been perfect. We had the pull out open the whole time so that decreased on living space. It was too complicated to pull it out and put back together everyday. In the cabins we would put the pull out away everyday because it was so easy to do. It just had comfort issues for me because it is a 2 part mattress. DH said if we do cabins again then we could buy a mattress topper. Next time I check for rv rentals, I will see if we can have a room where all 4 can stay in one room. We liked it overall though. It was in a perfect site. Right near a comfort station, and right across from the Mercantile and pool. So even if the bathroom wasn't perfect, we could use a toilet in the comfort station. I know they were cleaned multiple times everyday because I would use them maybe twice a day, and the second time the toilet seats were all up again. They really do a great job with cleanliness there.

With all this much rain, it cools down but stays muggy at the same time. I would rather see sun.
Oh that’s bad. We have had several mudslides around our area. Two deaths by a falling tree on a vehicle.
So sad! The clip they showed here on the news with the car under a tree, the guy wasn't in it at the time, thank God. He just said he was going to have to get a new car now, and they show his car smashed bumper to bumper with the tree still on it, and they showed one tree blown over and the ground around it was completely torn up, with the roots being ripped up. So they must have had some really strong wind! We didn't get any of that where I live.

I grew up in the redwood forest and the redwood trees are really tall but have shallow roots so they fell over all the time. It was not unusual to have tree falling on your house or car insurance.

@21stamps I showed ds the meccano robot and he already knew about it. He said it had bad reviews. He also went into a rant on how meccano was bought by Spin Master and now a lot of their parts are plastic, and then somehow he got into Lego again where he said Mega Blocks is now making the Sponge Bob sets, where Lego had been making them. Then he went back to Meccano and just said they are a shell of what they used to be. Oy, what have I created?:hilarious:

Just some idiot causing a scene claiming there was an active shooter at the Contemporary.

I took a few pictures without people, I'll upload them this weekend.
Seen it. while the whole thing was absolutely stupid. I laughed at the coward once he got called out. Supposedly he tried to hide behind some bushes in the parking lot of the contemporary when the cops were called.

Here’s the robot that I bought for T-
He’ll be 2ft tall.

Your son is older and would be able to do the XL.. I was scared that it would be too much for T to finish in a reasonable time frame.

The nice thing about these is that it’s impossible for the kids to build in a day, or even a week😂
thats.. pretty big!

Are the pieces metal or plastic? I remember back in my "day".. around the 1990's.. the mecano pieces were all aluminum or steel.

@Cesar R M or @StarWarsGirl we keep getting this pop up on our computer every week and the only way to get rid of it is to restart the computer. There is no x out button. I have to click multiple times on the background screen to get rid of it temporarily.

Windows 10 no longer lets you delay the updates or cancel them. Why? according to them, people refused to install patches and got their computers infected. The bad? a ton of the patches of Microsoft are buggy as hell.

So technically have to "suck it off".

As for the one in your screen. It seems like an hijacker/virus...

Heres the instructions how to remove it: https://malwaretips.com/blogs/remove-there-is-a-recommended-update-for-this-pc/

To resume, you are infected with an ADware type virus. Which hijacks your internet browsers to flood you with ads, replaces the normal ads with THEIR ads and push you to install worse programs/addons.

Register on WDWMAGIC. This sidebar will go away, and you'll see fewer ads.
