Remember back when I was second guessing myself about whether or not to stay at SOG for our trip or to wait for free dining to come out and switch to AoA because I know she loves the resort?

I'm totally over that, now...... AoA with free dining package is $2805 more than the package I built with SOG. What are the chances I could eat that much food?? :hilarious::hilarious:
I think it's been at least 5 years if not more since free dining was worth it and even more since the DDP made sense at all for most people.:( BTW SOG rocks:inlove:

We had a fun morning. The hot water heater leaked and caused our safety to shut off all the water in the house. I'm not sure how but if our pressure drops below a certain point everything shuts off and we don't have a flood. Guess my dh did something right. Right now the old one is draining, you'd think the guys would have drained the old one before the new one showed up.:cautious: Anyhoo @MinnieM123 you'll like this part, our local plumbing supply store had one in stock and even with deliver it was 25% less than at a box store with us having to pick it up:inlove:

The free dining is only for the suites, but with my friend and her niece coming with us, we'd need a suite anyway. The AoA LM rooms aren't big enough for me to stay a week in with an adult and small child I've never lived with. LOL.

I will NOT be relaying this message to my kid. I already have to go to Kohls after picking her up from school today so we can buy her new tennies. She normally grows 1 to 1.5 sizes over winter, but this year she only grew .5. So the shoes I bought for the winter fell apart, which would normally be fine because I have new shoes for her in the next size up, but she's not ready for that yet. So off to buy new shoes we go!

Going to let her pick out her own shoes tonight (as long as they're tennies), and she's really excited about that. I'm sure because we're buying new size 9 shoes tonight, she'll be in size 10 by the end of the month :hilarious::hilarious:
We were quite comfy in SOG with 4 adult sized people:joyfull:

Well, it also depends on how many people you have in a room. The free dining is for everyone in your room, so no, you won't save much with just 2 people. Especially if one of those people is under 10 and is on the kids plan. But, for us, the kids are now both over 10, so they get the adult dining plan, but are still considered kids on the room. So that's 4 adult dining plans....saves way more than one of the promotions that offers 2 free nights, or gives you 10% off a room only booking.
How are you making out with pricing out your next trip?

I left work on Thursday to go watch T play baseball.. I’m crazy busy right now at work, but one of the coaches told me he was pitching. For those who aren’t aware there’s a “5 day rest” rule for pitchers.

So, I rush to the game.. and apparently they decided to save T and another boy until today’s game, because the Thursday opponent did not have strong pitchers. (We batted first).

Now there is no possible way that I can leave today to go see him when he does actually pitch. He had asked me this morning when I dropped him off to my parents, and just called me again asking if I could make it. :(
I told him that my mom will record every second of his playing time for me.
Ugh. I hate these days!!!

Not bad. It looks like we'll be at CBR again. I looked into AKL or WL, but it would cost 1700 more to stay at AKL, and WL is nearly twice the price. I also considered All-Star Music, but it's cheaper to do CBR. I can't book yet though, because I don't know when my cousins are planning to go, IF they go. I want to coordinate with them, so I don't want to book and then have it not work for them at that time. Last time, we tried to shift our vacation by a couple of days, but everything was completely booked and the only way to do that was to change to Coronado Springs. I can't guarantee that we'd be able to change our dates later if we booked now, and we've got a few weeks, so I don't want to book until I know what everyone else is planning. If they don't get back to me in a week or 2, I'll just book and hope we can still coordinate if they decide to go.
