Free soft serve and ALL THE MICKEY BARS YOU CAN EAT.
And don't forget the croissants, doughnuts, and coffee you can order and enjoy on your veranda! That is one of my favorite parts of a Disney cruise!

Also free. And you just have to put that tag on your door before you go to bed. We go to the gym and work out first thing in the AM - nothing beats running on a treadmill on a ship.
On the way back, we stop at Cabana to get the hot breakfast items - eggs, bacon, pancakes, Mickey waffles. Everything else we've done Room Service.
We also get the beer and bottled water packages when we board. So the fridge is full of beer. Which we will also pack in the DCL cooler from prior trips and take onto Castaway Cay. Any un-drunk beer comes to dinner the last night.
Get used to that... every year that goes by that type of situation increases in numbers and I am not now nor have I ever been pregnant. I'm speaking for a friend.Ha!! When I was in college, my last semester before doing student teaching, we had a 4 hour pedagogy class every day and one of the girls got pregnant and was so sick that she kept passing out all over the place from lack of nutrition...she couldn't keep anything down. Our professor told us all sorts of things about pregnancy, including the memory loss...I thought she was kidding or exaggerating...UNTIL I got pregnant with my first. Now I know she was completely serious. I used to have a REALLY good memory, now I forget to replace the toilet paper roll, even though I just emptied it 10 seconds before. It's SOOOO bad!!
I went on a cruise shortly after those Sketchers Shape Ups came out. Their early iteration of those shoes was basically one of those yoga balls in the middle of your foot. The idea was that the ball of air provided instability, and your body would get a workout as your body tried to stabilize itself. It was also a week or two after I got home from Iraq, where I was not able to drink any alcohol.
So picture being heavily buzzed while wearing bubble shoes while on the ship in rougher seasI'd rather hit the treadmill. It felt like when you were a kid and you put on your grandmas glasses and looked at your feet!
Except maybe sleeping in. Peacefully. In bed. Also free. And you just have to put that tag on your door before you go to bed. We go to the gym and work out first thing in the AM - nothing beats running on a treadmill on a ship.![]()

The tickets would be 304 each for 5 days and the room would be 102 per nightIs 304 with the room? per night?
I have moderate to severe asthma. I can get my heart rate up on a bike to 178 without a wheeze. Start running, and I turn into a wheezing sack of potatoes. I take that as my body's way of saying "Don't do that!"Most of my cruises seem to fall smack in the middle of training for a runDisney half marathon. Plus I need to burn off the 3 appetizers, 2 entrees and several desserts from the night before. Oh, and those free Mickey bars, lol.

If I workout on vacation, it's at night. Vacation is for sleeping in.![]()
Yes, as far I know the icecream is also NOT included, only in the main restaurants. It was the lack of variety on the sit down menus. He also didn't like that you had to eat at a specific time. It was too structured in that regards I guess. I don't know why they don't keep the counter services eateries where they serve sandwiches and such near the pools open later. By the way thanks for mentioning that you may have to pay extra for even sodas on RCL. Does that include food areas which are not the main restaurants? Do you have to pay extra for snacks like ice cream?

@LAKid53 you could always rent out some points and stay at UNI. You may even come out ahead
On Carnival Lido Deck buffet is open 7 am-midnight and the pizzeria/deli is 24 hours. The sodas are extra but you have the option to buy a refillable mug package on sail day then you can drink as much as you want. That gets you free soda in main restaurant also. Snacks, like ice cream (also 24 hours) is also free. Plus they have Guy's Burgers. It was the lack of variety on the sit down menus. He also didn't like that you had to eat at a specific time.
