Fireworks are doing the very same thing to our "Belley Crazy Cakes" right now. As per usual though, our "Ranger Danger" is oblivious...!!!!!

One of our dogs barked for a couple of seconds and the cats came scampering into our room when someone blew off some fireworks.

Do you have any bears in your area? Out in western MA, people were being advised to not put out bird feeders because it was attracting bears to their backyards.

We are mostly farm country here. Maybe by the mountainous areas a little more west or east of us see the bears. We are in a valley area. We did have a groundhog climb on our deck a couple of times when I was growing beautiful lettuce and broccoli on it.

Ok. So, we usually do Hilton Head every September. I already booked, but I am wondering about cruise ships. Did Disney once but the price is kind of ridiculous. So which one? Royal Caribbean has 30% off on every person. Don't know about the ships though. I remember that @Cesar R M cruised often. Any help please?

Cuisinart has a 6 quart. Long story short--I bought it for my in-laws for a Christmas present, but then changed my mind, as I wasn't sure if they wanted a fairly large appliance. Gave them something else instead. Meanwhile, I decided to keep the Cuisinart and there's a learning curve to it, but I think I'll like it more once I use it again.

This makes me sad. I hate taking down any Christmas references--whether a tree, a tabletop decoration, etc. Today I really have to take down the tree, though. Back to work tomorrow, and I need to get the place back in order. (At least it's just a 4 day week . . . )

I know what you mean, I am going to take the rest of the Christmas that is on the first floor down soon. I missed seeing my Nutcrackers out last night but there is something about getting the house back to normal too. Back to work for me tomorrow too.

Awesome mug. I stared my New Year with a new mug too, hubs got it for me on the cruise. I like how on the inside it goes from sleepy Mickey to wide awake Mickey.

Depending on where you'd like to go and where you want to cruise out of, Carnival has some great deals.
