Funny about the room service. Love pic with the sign with arrows to Miami and Cuba. And boy, they sure serve a lot of food on that ship. I don’t remember the portion sizes being that large on the Disney Cruise.

My DS has taken a couple of voyages on Carnival Breeze while working for Disney. He has sailed for 9 days for less than a 7 day Disney with a Disney Corp discount. He loves the breeze and since they sail with all adults they were content without the Disney aspect and it isn't as if the other cruise lines lack offerings for kids too. While he isn't a big eater he too is a fan of excellent food and trying new things. If he didn't care for what he originally picked they'd just bring him something else. Considering our loyalty to Disney and Disney Vacations his kudos to Carnival as more bang for the buck carried a lot of weight.

Stay warm, perhaps some spiked hot cocoa in front of that fire would keep you warm.

Sweet Dreams Tea by fire. All day I was drinking hot (not adult) apple cider. Now to our room and opened the special bottle of wine. Five hours since the Margarita with dinner so it isn't going to be a drunk fest NYE in this room anyhow. Outside it is funny to watch sober. Its -3 windchill -19 and a younger guy leaves in a short sleeved knit shirt and a wool scarf around his neck. Young women in lobby waiting in lobby short no sleeved dresses, open sandals no coats or wraps. Hello Frostbite.

I had the cheesecake on multiple evenings. :hungry: And the bread...we always asked for more. :joyfull:

As I posted earlier, the cheese plate (and, the cheesecake was awesome, too...!!!!! :hungry:) became kinda' a running joke with me..."I'll have a cheese plate, and...a cheese plate, please!"
Like Fletch, but, it didn't need to go on the Underhills tab 'cause we already payed for it all up front...!!!!!!! :joyfull: :hilarious: ;) :)

He'll find something, not to worry. If God hadn't given animals the correct survival instincts, all the animals would be dead in the springtime. That hasn't happened. :)

But then where are the Unicorns?

A long time ago when the earth was green,
and there was more kinds of animals than you've ever seen,
They'd run around free while the earth was being born,
But the loveliest of them all was the Unicorn.

There were green alligators and long necked geese,
Some humpty-back camels and some chimpanzees,
Some cats and rats and elephants, but sure as you're born,
The loveliest of all was the Unicorn.

Now God seen some sinning and it gave Him pain,
And He says "Stand back, I'm going to make it rain."
He says "Hey brother Noah, I'll tell you what to do,
Build me a floating zoo. And take some of them...

Green alligators and long necked geese,
Some humpty-back camels and some chimpanzees,
Some cats and rats and elephants, but sure as you're born,
Don't you forget My Unicorn."

And he called out as they went through, "Hey Lord, I got your..."

Old Noah was there to answer the call,
He finished up making the ark just as the rain started fallin.
He marched in the animals two by two,
And he called out as they went through, "Hey Lord, I got your..."

Green alligators and long necked geese,
Some humpy-back camels and some chimpanzees,
Some cats and rats and elephants, but Lord I'm so forlorn,
I just can't see no Unicorn."

Then Noah looked out through the driving rain,
Them Unicorns were hiding, playing silly games.
Kicking and splashing while the rain was pouring,
Oh them silly Unicorns.

There were green alligators and long necked geese,
Some humpy-back camels and some chimpanzees,
Noah cried "Close the door, cause the rain is pouring,
And we just can't wait for no Unicorn."

The ark started movin, it drifted with the tide.
Them Unicorns looked up from the rocks and they cried,
And the waters came down and sort of floated them away,
And that's why you'll never seen a Unicorn... to this very day.

You'll see green alligators and long necked geese,
Some humpy-back camels and some chimpanzees,
Some cats and rats and elephants, but sure as you're born,
You're never gonna see no Unicorn.

Back when I was in the regular TSA cattle lines at MCO, I could not believe the mess the queue lines were. They really needed to extend OUT the lines to be straighter, etc. Some snaking is o.k. but there was one choke point in particular that 4 lines were merging into ONE?!! What genius thought of that one??!! And I don't travel during so called "busy" travel times either.

Thank God for TSA preclear, the past few years I've gone there, so that I could avoid the craziness.

We've been lucky and the last few times were precheck. We were precheck this time flying out of ORD but not coming home from MCO. I've seen ugly before but not this kind of ugly. I've only been in a slam body to body mash of humans once before and that was at the Taste of Chicago back in the day when it was on the old pier vs Millennial Park where it is now. For the Taste I could lift my legs and keep moving forward. At MCO you couldn't really see where you were heading with taller people in front of ya. Nasty. This one had two entry points merging into one.

We have jobs and schools down here as well. In fact, my family found way more opportunities and choices down here then were even thought about up north. PLUS IT WAS COLD UP THERE!
We also have huge Farmers Markets that are open year round and contain more vegetables then I ever even knew existed.

Yep, same on all counts 'round here, too...!!!!!!! :joyfull:  :)
