OK, continuing with cruise fun, and thank you all again...!!!!! :)

So, as we continued watching the very intricate and time-intensive reverse docking of our ship in Costa Maya from our veranda, shipkeeping ;) came out and asked us if it was OK to do our room. Of course, no problem! Once we finally were docked and went to open the cabin door, it was latched from the inside and we couldn't get back in...!!!!! :hilarious:
Fortunately, one of our "neighbors" was still on his veranda and wasn't locked out, so he went out in the hall to get shipkeeping to release us...!!!!! :hilarious: The shipkeeping guy was apologizing so profusely, and we made sure he knew it was no big deal and we all laughed really hard about it...!!!!! :joyfull:
And, thus, a very early towel animal...!!! :)

And now, some Costa Maya...!!! :)

OK, just one more cruise post for now...

After dinner we went to watch a country music act in the main lobby area on deck 3...they were pretty good...!!! :)

Then, we were off to the Ivanhoe Theater again for the "Love & Marriage" show...

This show was hilarious...!!!!!!! :hilarious:
Think "The Newlywed Game" with a twist...
They wanted 3 couples...newlyweds, middle-ish marriage years, and the couple in the theater married the longest...and they all had to "audition" to make it into the game...!!! :)
OK, so the longest married couple didn't have to actually "audition" and got in the game because of the longevity of their marriage, but, the younger couples did. For all couples who chose to audition, the ladies had to call for their "Tarzan" and the guys had to come up with their best Tarzan yell...!!!!! :hilarious:
Let's just say Carol Burnette would not have been proud...!!!!!!! :joyfull: ;)

Anyhoo, the couple on the left were married 3 months, the couple in the middle 29 years, and the couple on the right 58 years...!!! :)

Our cruise director and host Frankie was beyond a hoot on this whole trip...!!!!! :joyfull:
After the show was over, he told us all to meet him up on deck 9 for a dance party in 5 minutes..!!!
And, sure enough, he beat us there...!!!!! :hilarious:

DWifey and I retired for the evening shortly thereafter, but, all the kiddos went to another show at the Punchliners Club...

Next...
Cozumel...!!!!!!! :joyfull:  ;) :)

Well, we just de-Christmased the house. Bring on Spring, pleeeaaase.

I worked on de-Christmasing our house it is about 60% done. Hubs doesn't want the main tree down until tomorrow and some other random things are up. We have two trees on the porch, those will remain up for awhile, not until it is in the high 30's or 40's but looks like we will be in the negatives to single digits through next week. No way am I taking that stuff down outside now! I might unplug it tomorrow though.

We didn't do the outside stuff. Definitely too cold for that. Just all the inside. We were thinking of just taking down the ornaments and then leaving the tree. That idea came and went real fast. We did after all have the tree up since the middle of November when we purchased it. :)

Thank you! I cannot stay up late, so I will put that on the television at a normal hour.:D
I love the movie Summer Rental. When I was growing up my parents liked watching screwball type comedies and that was one, along with other cinnematic classics like Back to the Beach (with Frankie & Annette) and Apple Dumpling Gang.
My kids think it is hysterical, especially the lobster incident at the restaurant. They act it out and quote it all the time now. So funny. I love the Jimmy Buffet song in the end credits. So sad that it is not available for download. Apparently it was made just for that movie.

I love that Jimmy Buffett song too. I keep meaning to record it on my iPhone (and then save it into my itunes) but I haven't gotten around to it. Next time I watch it I will. My favorite parts are when he sunburns and puts the Noxema on his face and the owners of the house come home and the end. My hubs is not such a fan of silly comedies like that, he rolls his eyes at me when I want to watch them.

In Boston, we have the L Street Brownies--they take the plunge every year--can't wait to see this in a few days--our temps are around zero, without the wind! This year will mark the 114th annual "event" . Few photos from last year below (from Google) --

Fun, harmless, family movie. Sometimes we need some silly. :)
