There is going to be more one meaning of Polar Bear Plunge on New Year's Day. Frozen custard stand founded by Elsa has Polar Bear Plunge as one of the two Frozen Custard Flavor's of the Day for New Year's Day.

The Frozen Custard version of Polar Bear Plunge is Peppermint Custard with Oreo Cookies, White Ribbons, Cream, and Peppermint Schnapps. It will be sold in a Pint, Quart, Half Gallon besides being in a cone, or a Dish.

I will not be going to that stand on New Years Day though. I'm saving room for Fried Mushrooms, Baked Potato, grilled Porterhouse steak, lobster tail, and Hawaiian rolls:hungry:.
Mmmmm steak.....

So far my wildlife is ok:) Last year and the year before we wound up leaving food outside for them.:( My regulars still show up just to say hi:happy:
We've been tossing stuff outside too for our little critters. We had some stale Eggos a few black squirrels were trying to scamper away with. We also have a few crates with some old towels and rags put in different spots in our yard with some bread and fruit scraps. Hopefully it'll provide a little something for critters that need it.

OK, continuing with cruise fun, and thank you all again...!!!!! :)

So, as we continued watching the very intricate and time-intensive reverse docking of our ship in Costa Maya from our veranda, shipkeeping ;) came out and asked us if it was OK to do our room. Of course, no problem! Once we finally were docked and went to open the cabin door, it was latched from the inside and we couldn't get back in...!!!!! :hilarious:
Fortunately, one of our "neighbors" was still on his veranda and wasn't locked out, so he went out in the hall to get shipkeeping to release us...!!!!! :hilarious: The shipkeeping guy was apologizing so profusely, and we made sure he knew it was no big deal and we all laughed really hard about it...!!!!! :joyfull:
And, thus, a very early towel animal...!!! :)

And now, some Costa Maya...!!! :)

Funny about the room service. Love pic with the sign with arrows to Miami and Cuba. And boy, they sure serve a lot of food on that ship. I don’t remember the portion sizes being that large on the Disney Cruise.

So, our next day was the snorkeling adventure in Belize and I opted not to take my phone with me. But, both DDs had their phones in protective pouches, and sent me some pics after the cruise, so I will post them with random pics later...

Anyhoo, continuing on after Belize day fun...!!! :)

Towel animal when we got back to our cabin that afternoon...! :)

Yes, just another funny-good memory...!!!!! :hilarious:

Love the sign, too...!!! :)

And, as far as the food goes, it was so funny...they would constantly ask us "Would you like another one?!"
And, they were not being sarcastic or jerky...they were just awesome people and being completely sincere!!!!! And some of us , obviously, took them up on the "...another one?!" offer more than once...!!!!! :hilarious: :D :cautious:  ;) :hungry: :)

Glad you like it. I assume you must have a large room to fit something that big. (We have a tiny room.)

My condo held a king decades ago as did each house we had. When we bought the last one with intentions of staying in it a long while there was the typical things on the wish list but a few we wouldn't even look at the house unless it met those requirements.

1 full basement
2 2 car garage minimum and detached
3 master bedroom had to fit a king cali bed, night stands and 2 large dressers
4 minimum 3 bedrooms

Suggestion to all: don't completely rule out hotels' own web sites. I was in the hotel industry years ago and I can tell you that things can change without warning in 24 hours or less. Best to just keep your eyes on multiple sites.
I guess it depends on the person. I dont trust hotels direct websites honestly.. they always try to push rackprice to you.
I'm more confortable looking at conglomerates and big concentrators, they usually have the most varied offers because they buy in masse.
