Thanks for your wisdom @Goofyernmost.:) Many people are quiet petty and definitely spoiled. A poor person in this country and other first world countries, can still have a cell phone, an HDTV, and other 21st century luxuries while others cannot even live in anything other and a hut with no running water. We shouldn't really worry about not having a seat on a bus. :rolleyes:I guess we need to keep things in perspective.

A lot of people at work have been sick, and of course working with kids (even pre-teens/teens) they don't mask the spread of their germs well. So I knew I would probably come down with it eventually. I ended up calling in for today, I still feel very yucky so I thought I should give myself a day of rest. I will have to go to the store sometime today though, I am almost out of my Puffs Plus with Lotion and right now that is an essential. I also wanted to rest up a little so I have my strength for the end of the week, supposedly there is a huge snow storm coming our way so I will need energy and strength for shoveling and hopefully no developing pneumonia.
Rest up in jammies, watch some movies, have a mojito with fresh lime and unplug the phone DR Figgy's orders GWS

This is maybe a dumb question...... but before the World Showcase is open it is roped off at the bridge to France. The shops and whatnot are closed in Canada and the UK, but is there anything stopping people from going into those pavilions? If we just wanted to see the waterfall, for example, or go through the little hedge maze, can we do that when the shops are closed and save ourselves the crowds?

My kids have run around the hedge maze numerous times prior to opening. You can walk all through it, just the shops are closed. The picture in my avatar is my youngest dd (then 4) climbing through a hole in one of the hedges. :p
