Well the Rockettes were just on the Macy's parade so I guess it is officially Thanksgiving and when I see Santa on the parade it will be officially the start of the Christmas season!

Aww man, missed it. I tried to see it via streaming. But as usual.. all official channels are "This content is not available in your country".

I liked the Frozen "short". But you are probably on to something with the TV movie comment. Maybe one reason they made it so long is so that in the future they can put it in a 30 minute spot on tv and generate money from commercials or even sell it on DVD.

Theres also rumours that they added it with Coco because the whole movie is very specific to Mexican culture. And thus might not resonate as much with children at first.
So they had to "lure" the attention of kids first with the promise of a Frozen short.

Happy Thanksgiving everyone.
Just a work day for me but I wish you all a wonderful time with your loved ones. All the talk of food has made me hungry but I have nothing good in my fridge.

All I had to work with was cheese, some nuts, dried fruit and a few home made biscuits I got at work today. I washed it all down with some tea. The good thing about my dinner is no dishes.

Okay. After crying at the Heathrow commercial, you just had me cracking up with tears in my eyes. I had to hold my belly it hurt so much from the laughter. Plus it was full from too much Thanksgiving dinner.

Me too! I am so looking forward to Christmas this year as it is the first time ever that my brother, his wife and their 3 kids are coming over from Australia to spend the holidays in the Netherlands.(where I am from originally). I haven't seen them in 2 years and have really missed them.
