That path looks way too narrow.
I expect them to overflow to the small road o_O
Well, they can't...because there's a fence there. But because that path is so narrow, the parents stand in the bike path (small road) to wait for their kids, which means people on the bike path can't get through and it clogs up. It's just a real traffic nightmare, no matter how you look at it. It was brought to their attention BEFORE they had even definitively chosen the location, and they ignored it all. But after 3 days of school, they have already noticed there's a flow problem and that's why they decided to try having the 6th graders go in a different entrance and up the other stairs (which DD almost fell down today). It's too slow to get all the upper grades in through one door and up the one staircase, and that's on a normal day, not with a fire drill or anything where they have to hurry. Have I mentioned I'm glad we only have 2 years of this school? I think if we ever had any more kids, I'd want to move, just to avoid this school.

Official word has been handed down from the school board. Poms are officially going to Nationals at WDW in Feb. My very lucky daughter goes in December with the band, turns around and goes back in February. I will be there for December, but there is only one place I will be going after that.

Straight to the poor house.
Sympathy like, right there with you in poverty and spirit.

Today is a really good day:joyfull::joyfull::joyfull::joyfull::joyfull: I have a real first world problem, NOT!:joyfull: I'm getting my nails done this weekend in my travels and won't be getting them done again until well after Labor Day. Let's see go with one last summer color or jump right into fall colors early. After the last couple of months this is the type of problem I need.:joyfull: Some fashionista advice would be welcome.

I think you should keep summer going as long as you can!

I was getting ready to go to bed, but that won't be happening for awhile. It is a lovely evening, with a lovely breeze. And now I have eau de skunk wafting through the window. :hungover:

Hahaaa...!!! ;)
Lots of skunk down here too! No windows open around here, this time of year anyway. Still a little too warm and humid, even at night, for good sleeping.
I smell skunk in the air often when I walk out the front door on my way to the office in the morning. If not, one is often squashed in the road during my commutes somewhere to fill in the gaps...!!! :hilarious:
