Then, it must have been the perfect gift.:inlove:

Yes, indeed! :)
And...
We are discussing ways to, maybe, get myself a sport pilot license and do some renting every now and then, in the future. I have loved to fly all of my life, and I just cannot get over how cool the gyroplane was...!!!!!!! :inlove:
And, as I posted, it is such a safe and stable flight platform. I've watched tons of videos about gyroplanes/gyrocopters/autogyros over the last coupla' weeks.
The one I flew in is a Magni M16 Turbo, and it is the highest ranked gyroplane in flight stability. I've done my research and it is an amazing aircraft...!!!!!!! :inlove:
Ultimately, none of it's cheap, but, it's not out of reach either, so we'll see...! :)

My family moved quite a bit while I was growing up, too. Glad I am not the only one who does a virtual Google "fly by" every now and then.

Hahaaa...!
Yep, I have strong memories of all those places, but, it is fun to me to go back and see what they look like now-ish. ;)
So far, the only place that isn't there anymore (that I've noticed) is Vineland Elementary School in our first No Cal neighborhood. It was the first school I ever went to, and they tore it down several years ago.
The only memory I have of that school was walking to it with older neighborhood children, and my Kindergarten teacher who played the Autoharp. She was cool. I remember liking her a lot... :inlove:

With all the sunscreen talk it's amazing some of us survived childhood. All I remember was 2, 4 and 8 Coppertone when I was little. I almost forgot they had a 0 basting oil:hilarious:

Hahaaa...!!! Pretty much what I used to call it..."boil oil"...!!! :hilarious:
Back then it was "Sun tan lotion", now it's "Sunscreen".
Yea, so now maybe these weren't such a bad idea after all...! ;)

So, @figmentfan423 , you'll be happy to know that I was able to get groceries today. I tried the online delivery service from one of the local grocery stores. It was so easy and it was great--they delivered it right to my door, at the time I signed up for. The actual delivery truck was kinda neat--it had multiple compartment doors--some frozen, some refrigerated, and others for other stuff. The delivery man kept pulling out my bags from different parts of the truck and he put them on the front porch (I was out there when he arrived).

But the best part was that it was like getting all these bags of presents delivered to me. It was almost like--

:joyfull: :joyfull: (Oh, it was also cheaper than me going round trip via taxi, as the store's delivery fee was very low and just a small fee for the order picker as well.) So a win win!!

I swear I'm going to do this. Awesome. I hate grocery shopping. Put in cart, take out of cart and on belt. Load back into cart. Unload cart into truck. Unload truck to home, put away all that.

Bags to door, priceless.

Nah, Jack didn't surpass Walt at all. Each dog has it's own personality. Walt was a classic. As for Jack--

Remember, years ago we got him on "sale" at the dog adoption place. :hilarious: Yup, he was the "featured dog of the day" which sounds a lot like where I work. (HR will post on their web site, a "job of the day" to give it more prominence. But, those of us on the "inside" know that the job of the day includes all the ones that they can't fill, because no one wants those jobs!) ;)

Jack is special needs, twisted, and dysfunctional on all levels--that's why he fits in so well with us! :p :p

Jack is Priceless! I should hope to be so lucky with my next Pup.:inlove:

I keep hearing about a Rattattouie ride. Are they (gulp) getting rid of the France movie (my favorite!) :cautious:
It doesn't look like it. (Sorry if this has already been answered) What I've seen on blogs is that it looks like they are expanding into the space behind France and...Morocco, I believe? But that it will all be new structure, so everything that's there now will remain.

Is it wrong for me to say that all spiders must die? I throw all creepy crawlers in the toilet and drown them. :angelic:

I could never live in Australia where spiders are huge.

But spiders eat mosquitoes! I don't mind the spiders. Mosquitoes need to go!
^^^^^This. Many years ago I learn the difference between good and bad bug. That journey started in the Land:)

The vet did end up putting Belle on prescription food, which she seems to love so far. She did have another incident last night where she came to me meowing because she needed to use her litterbox. I plopped her in her box and massaged up by her tail, which gets her to use it. Today she's just been wanting attention basically non stop. Between her just wanting attention and my allergies being terrible, we're kind of having a lazy Saturday here. Laundry is getting done, and at some point this weekend I need to clean bathrooms and vacuum. Especially my parents' bathroom so my dad doesn't suspect I've been using it, even though I've been using it the entire time. :cautious:
Sympathy like. I have 3 words for your next vacation, Pet Friendly Hotel:joyfull:
