It's cold enough out there now, that it will keep. Just send the trucks tomorrow. Thank you. :D

P.S.: The roads were so bad yesterday, that in a rare move (in my recollection anyway) UPS, Fedex and mail trucks were ordered off the roads by midday. :jawdrop:

I went to work. Everything was terrible. The stupid news was like everything is fine except for the side roads. NO. Even the highways had snow on them. And if the main city roads were terrible, I can only imagine the side roads.

I'm excited and nervous for Rivers of Light, as you since sometimes when things are hyped up for so long expectations get really high. I want to be wowed not leaving feeling MEH. It just has to be better than the Jungle Book show they had this past summer. I'll never forget the lady that was sitting next to my husband, at the end of the Jungle Book show she turned and said, "What the #&*!$ was that?!"

I have actually been expecting Disney to announce a replacement for Wishes for quite awhile, although I really thought that they would hold out until the 50th anniversary. But perhaps they will bring out a new Illuminations for that one, maybe one with some of the music they used in the late 1980's-early 1990's. I loved that one. So, I'm a little bummed about the loss of Wishes, but really it had a good run and hopefully the new one will be good too.

I don't expect anything good anymore after the fiasco of Fantasyland.

Yes, the roads weren't that much better around here (in the morning yesterday, that is). I went out to get some groceries in the morning, but not until almost noontime. Until the salt has enough time to eat through the ice, etc., it was dangerous driving. I'm sorry you had to drive in that.

We just got another 4 inches of snow overnight here--did you in R. I.? (Ours is fluffy and easy to clear the front steps, etc.)

I went to work midday and almost came right back home. We got a couple inches and apparently a bigger storm tomorrow night.
