It is 5 feels like -12 'cause the freak'n wind is about 20mph. I don't wanta be living in Illinois. Have I mentioned that before?

I like cheese on salad. Oddly I don't care for meat on salads. A few like Chopped or Spinach Salad a little bacon is welcome but that is about it.

What about some grilled chicken on salad? I love that meal in summer, when I'm looking for a lighter meal option.
